At the end of each trimester add up the total amount of push-ups, squats, crunches/plank time, lunges and Burpee‘s.
  • How many push-ups have you done this trimester?
  • If you are suspended in air for 0.5 seconds each time you do a jump squat how much time have you spent suspended in air this trimester?
  • How many crunches have you done or how long have you planked?
  • If every lap around the gym on the outside of the blue volleyball court lines equals 186 feet & 1 mile equals 5,280 feet how many miles have you gone this semester?
  • If you add up the amount of feet that your whole class has traveled this trimester how far across the state or country can you reach in miles.
