The 5 Minute Jog
jog at my own pace for 5 minutes without stopping to walk, get a drink, tie my shoe or anything else.
5 Minute Jog Rules:
- Try your best!
- Keep your hands and feet to yourself. (This includes holding hands and playing “tag.”)
- Jog or run in the same direction as everyone else. (Either slow down or speed up to adjust to where your friends are at.)
- Keep moving forward. (Stopping abruptly can cause people to run into each other.)
