Overhand Throwing Instruction:
“T-“L” - Step & Rotate - Throw - Follow Through
"T"- Form a "T" with your body while holding the ball farthest from your target.
"L"- Form a "L" with your arms by bending the elbow of your throwing arm.
Step & Rotate - Step with the opposite foot of your throwing arm toward your target. Rotate your hips and shoulders so that they are square to your target.
Throw - Move your arm forward and release the ball as soon as it gets past your nose.
Follow Through - Let your throwing arm follow through all the way down to the knee of the leg that you stepped with.
Catching Instructions:
Reach, Give & Bring it into your basket
Keep your eye on the flight of the ball.
Reach for the ball with your hands. Thumbs together if the ball if above your waist and pinky fingers together if the ball if below your waist.
When the ball hits your hands "give" and bring it into your "basket."

Underhand Roll Instructions
Step with your opposite foot as you bring your throwing arm back below your waist.
When your arm reaches its farthest point back, underhand throw/roll the ball/beanbag in a forward motion.
Follow through and point to your target with your throwing arm
Throwing a Disc Instructions
Step with the same foot as your throwing arm (This is different than throwing a ball)
Keep your arm parallel to the ground and “snap” out your elbow & wrist to prevent the “boomerang effect”
